You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules where you use Shell., including but not limited to Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines and Roblox’s Terms and Community Standards. You are responsible for ensuring your organization has the rights to configure and use Shell. features.
3. Discord Terms
When using our Discord bot, you confirm that you have the necessary permissions in your server to install and manage bots. Shell. provides tooling for logging, welcome automations, and utilities.
- Server administrators are responsible for configuring channels, roles, and bot permissions.
- Logged content is limited to events you enable in the dashboard; message content is handled in accordance with Discord policies.
- You will ensure commands and automations are used for lawful and compliant purposes.
4. Roblox Terms
Roblox account linking is optional and requires explicit consent through OAuth. We request minimal identity scopes to verify your Roblox identity for integrations you opt into.
- Linking stores your Roblox ID and display name to your Shell. account mapping.
- You may unlink at any time via Settings; after unlinking, features depending on Roblox identity may cease to function.
- We do not perform actions on your Roblox account beyond the permitted scopes and documented flows.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Shell. or assist others in doing so.
- No harassment, abuse, or illegal activity.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, security, or authorization controls.
- No collection or processing of personal data without consent or another lawful basis.
- No reverse engineering or scraping except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
- No use that infringes third-party rights or platform rules (Discord, Roblox).
6. License & Ownership
Shell. grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. Shell. and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights.
7. User Content
You are responsible for the content and configurations you submit. By submitting content through the Services, you grant Shell. a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services.
8. Service Availability & Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will strive to provide reasonable notice for material changes where practicable.
9. Support
Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis via our Discord or the channels listed on our website. Response times may vary.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold Shell. harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue and jurisdiction will lie with the competent courts in that location.
